The content contained with in is a culmination of my own research combined with many kind submissions from the fan community. You are strongly encouraged to participate!

I try to cite my sources as best as possible and to get the facts straight. However, I am by no means perfect. If you spot something that is incorrect, then please let me know so that I may fix it.

Additions are of course always welcome! Pretty much anything is fair game, so don't hesitate to pass it along. Supporting evidence is always a plus.

Please do not send large images (over 1MB) directly into my e-mail box. Link to them on a web host or use a service like YouSendIt.com.
